Storage and Transportation of Equipment

When it comes to the storage and transportation of our equipment, we take utmost care to ensure its safety. To prevent any damage during transportation, we implement appropriate fastening measures to avoid strong vibrations and bumps that may harm the outer packaging. Upon receiving your order, we recommend checking for any transportation damage. In case of any issues, please contact both the transportation party and our company for a resolution. Once you open the box, it is essential to immediately verify whether the contents match the packing list.

For proper storage, we advise keeping the packed equipment in a room with a relative humidity of ≤80% and an ambient air temperature range of -10ºC to +40ºC. The storage area should be dry, clean, well-ventilated, and free from the intrusion of harmful gases. It is strictly prohibited to store the equipment with corrosive substances in the same location.

A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and replace any defective parts free of charge. Customers are responsible for the delivery cost.

Q3. What are your terms of payment?

A: We require a 50% deposit via T/T, with the remaining 50% to be paid before delivery. We will provide you with product and package photos for your approval before you make the final payment.

A: We offer various terms of trade including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.

Q5. How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 3 to 7 working days to deliver your order after receiving the advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity ordered.
