Storage and Transportation of Equipment

When it comes to the storage and transportation of our equipment, we take utmost care to ensure its safety. During transportation, we implement appropriate fastening measures to prevent any strong vibrations or bumps that may cause damage to the outer packaging. Upon receiving the equipment, we advise you to carefully inspect it for any transportation damage. In case of any such damage, please contact both the transportation party and our company for prompt resolution. After opening the box, it is essential to immediately verify whether the contents match the packing list.

For optimal storage conditions, we recommend storing the packed equipment in a room with a relative humidity of ≤80% and an ambient air temperature ranging from -10ºC to +40ºC. The storage place should be dry, clean, and well-ventilated, preventing the intrusion of harmful gases. It is strictly prohibited to store the equipment with any corrosive substances.

A: We accept T/T payment, where 50% is required as a deposit and the remaining 50% is due before delivery. We will provide you with product and package photos before you make the final payment.
