Storage and Transportation of Equipment
During transportation, we take utmost care to secure the equipment and prevent any damage caused by vibration or bumps. Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the outer packaging for any signs of transportation damage. In case of any issues, kindly contact the transportation party and our company to resolve the matter. After opening the package, please verify the contents of the box to ensure they match the provided packing list.
For proper equipment storage, we recommend a room with a relative humidity of ≤80% and an ambient air temperature ranging from -10ºC to +40ºC. The storage area should be dry, clean, and well-ventilated, with no exposure to harmful gases. It is strictly prohibited to store the equipment together with corrosive substances.
