Storage and Transportation of Equipment
When it comes to the storage and transportation of our equipment, we prioritize its safety and integrity. To ensure the equipment's protection during transportation, we have implemented corresponding fastening measures to prevent any strong vibrations or bumps that may damage the outer packaging. Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect the package for any signs of damage. If you notice any transportation damage, please contact both the transportation party and our company to resolve the issue promptly.
When you open the box, it is essential to immediately check whether the contents match the packing list. This step ensures that everything you ordered is present and accounted for.
For proper storage, we recommend keeping the packed equipment in a room with a relative humidity of ≤80% and an ambient air temperature ranging from -10ºC to +40ºC. The storage place should be dry, clean, well-ventilated, and free from any harmful gases. It is strictly prohibited to store the equipment with corrosive substances in the same area.

A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and replace any faulty parts free of charge. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs.
Q3. What are your terms of payment?
A: We require a 50% deposit via T/T, and the remaining 50% before delivery. We will provide you with photos of the products and packages for your approval before you make the final payment.
Q4. What are your terms of trade?
A: We offer various terms of trade including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.
Q5. How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally, it takes 3 to 7 working days to deliver the products after we receive your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
