Storage and Transportation of Equipment

When it comes to the transportation of our equipment, we take utmost care to prevent any damage. We implement corresponding fastening measures to avoid strong vibrations and bumps that may harm the outer packaging. Upon arrival, it is advisable to thoroughly inspect the equipment for any transportation damage. In case of any such damage, please notify both the transportation party and our company for prompt resolution. Upon opening the package, please ensure that the contents are consistent with the provided packing list.

To ensure the longevity of our packed equipment, it should be stored in a room with a relative humidity of ≤80% and an ambient air temperature of -10ºC to +40ºC. The storage area should be dry, clean, well-ventilated, and free from the intrusion of harmful gases. It is strictly prohibited to store the equipment with corrosive substances.

 A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. In this period, we provide technical support and free replacement of new parts. Customers are responsible for the delivery charges.
 Q3. What is your terms of payment?
 A: We require a 50% deposit via T/T, and the remaining 50% before delivery. We will provide you with product and package photos for your confirmation before you make the final payment.

 A: We offer various terms of trade including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.
