 A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and free replacement of new parts. Customers are responsible for the delivery charges.
 
 Q3. What is your terms of payment?
 A: We require a 50% deposit (T/T) before delivery, with the remaining 50% to be paid before shipment. Prior to making the final payment, we will provide you with product and package photos for your satisfaction.
