• Easy Installation: Follow the installation position guide provided on the left. Drill the expansion bolt installation holes, insert the expansion bolts and waterproof rubber gasket, and securely fix the AC pile. The internal expansion bolts are further secured with nuts and sealant.

Our products come with a 12-month warranty, during which we provide technical support and replace any new parts for free. Please note that customers are responsible for the delivery charges.

We offer various terms of payment, including a 50% deposit via T/T and the remaining 50% before delivery. Prior to finalizing the payment, we will provide you with photos of the products and packages for your satisfaction.

Our terms of trade include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP, giving you flexibility in choosing the most suitable option.

For delivery, we strive to dispatch your order within 3 to 7 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time may vary depending on the items and quantity of your order.

If you have specific samples or technical drawings, we can produce the products accordingly. Our team can also build molds and fixtures to meet your requirements.

Regarding samples, we can provide them if we have ready parts in stock. However, customers need to cover the sample cost and courier charges.
