- Outdoor Installation: The AC charging pile can be installed outdoors, but it is important to equip the top of the equipment with a canopy to prevent rainwater from directly drenching the equipment.
- Easy Installation: Follow the installation position shown on the left and drill the expansion bolt installation holes. Install the expansion bolts and waterproof rubber gasket in sequence, fix the AC pile on the column, and secure it with nuts and sealant for added stability.
- Gun Line Hook Holder: The column is equipped with a gun line hook holder, which can be easily fixed with screws on the center fixing hole of the column, providing a convenient storage solution for the charging gun line.

A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and replace any faulty parts free of charge. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs.
Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: We require a 50% deposit via T/T, and the remaining 50% before delivery. We will provide you with photos of the products and packages before you make the final payment.
