Q2. What is the warranty? A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and replace any faulty parts for free. Customers are responsible for the delivery charges.
Q3. What are your terms of payment? A: We accept T/T payment, where 50% is required as a deposit, and the remaining 50% is to be paid before delivery. We will provide you with photos of the products and packages for your confirmation before final payment.
