Storage and Transportation of Equipment
When it comes to the storage and transportation of our equipment, we take utmost care to ensure its safety. During transportation, we implement corresponding fastening measures to prevent any strong vibrations or bumps that could potentially damage the outer packaging. Upon receiving the equipment, we recommend thoroughly checking for any signs of damage. In case of transportation damage, please contact both the transportation party and our company for a prompt resolution. After opening the box, immediately verify if the contents match the packing list.
To maintain the equipment's optimal condition, store it in a room with a relative humidity of ≤80% and an ambient air temperature ranging from -10ºC to +40ºC. The storage area should be dry, clean, and well-ventilated to ensure proper air circulation.
