- Can be installed on the foundation or on the ground
- Mounting surface should be pre-buried with 4 M12 stainless steel bolts (refer to the provided picture for positioning)
- Threads of the bolts should be exposed to the ground within the range of 47-53mm
- The installation surface should be cement hardened, with a minimum size of 900mmX600mm for a single pile
- The cement hardened installation surface needs to be leveled to ensure a proper installation
- Use stainless steel nuts to install the M12 nuts of the anchor bolts for maximum durability

A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and replace any faulty parts free of charge. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs.
Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: We require a 50% deposit via T/T, and the remaining 50% must be paid before delivery. We will provide you with photos of the products and packages before you make the final payment.

A: Our terms of trade include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.
