Storage and Transportation of Equipment:

During transportation, it is essential to have appropriate fastening measures in place to prevent any damage to the equipment's outer packaging caused by strong vibrations or bumps. Upon arrival, we recommend carefully checking for any transportation damage. In case of any such damage, kindly contact both the transportation party and our company to resolve the issue promptly. Once you open the box, please verify if the contents match the packing list.

For proper storage, the packed equipment should be kept in a room with a relative humidity of ≤80% and an ambient air temperature ranging from -10ºC to +40ºC. Ensure that the storage place is dry, clean, well-ventilated, and free from the intrusion of harmful gases. It is strictly prohibited to store the equipment with corrosive substances.

Our products come with a 12-month warranty, during which we provide technical support and free replacement of new parts. Customers are responsible for the delivery charges.

Our terms of payment are T/T 50% as a deposit, and 50% before delivery. We will show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. We offer various terms of trade, including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.

Delivery time typically ranges from 3 to 7 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. If you have samples or technical drawings, we can produce the products accordingly. We are capable of building molds and fixtures.

If we have ready parts in stock, we can provide samples. However, customers are required to pay for the sample cost and the courier cost. Rest assured, all our goods undergo a 100% test before delivery.
