Storage and Transportation of Equipment

When it comes to the storage and transportation of our equipment, we take utmost care to ensure its safety and integrity. During transportation, we implement appropriate fastening measures to prevent any strong vibrations or bumps that may damage the outer packaging. Upon receiving the equipment, it is essential to thoroughly inspect for any potential transportation damage. In case of any such damage, we encourage you to promptly reach out to both the transportation party and our company for a swift resolution. After opening the box, it is crucial to verify that the contents align with the provided packing list.

To maintain the quality of the packed equipment, it should be stored in a room with a relative humidity of ≤80% and an ambient air temperature ranging from -10ºC to +40ºC. The storage area must be dry, clean, and well-ventilated to ensure proper air circulation. Additionally, it should be safeguarded against the intrusion of harmful gases. It is strictly prohibited to store the equipment with corrosive substances in the same location.

 A: We require a 50% deposit (via T/T) before delivery, with the remaining 50% to be paid upon completion. We will provide you with product and packaging photos for your approval before final payment.

 A: We offer various trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.

 A: Generally, it takes 3 to 7 working days to deliver the products after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

 A: Yes, we can produce products based on your samples or technical drawings. We have the capability to build molds and fixtures.
