Our products come with a 12-month warranty, during which we provide technical support and replace any new parts free of charge. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs.
For payment terms, we require a 50% deposit via T/T, with the remaining 50% to be paid before delivery. We will provide you with photos of the products and packages before you make the final payment.
Our terms of trade include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP, giving you flexibility in choosing the most suitable option for your needs.
Delivery time typically takes 3 to 7 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order.
