Storage and Transportation of Equipment

When it comes to the storage and transportation of our equipment, we prioritize its safety and integrity. It is essential to ensure proper fastening measures during transportation to prevent any potential damage caused by strong vibrations and bumps to the outer packaging of the equipment. Upon receiving the shipment, we advise you to carefully inspect the package for any signs of damage. In case of transportation damage, please reach out to both the transportation party and our company to resolve the issue. Once you open the box, it is crucial to immediately verify that the contents are consistent with the provided packing list.

To maintain the equipment's optimal condition, we recommend storing it in a room with a relative humidity of ≤80% and an ambient air temperature ranging from -10ºC to +40ºC. The storage area should be dry, clean, well-ventilated, and free from the intrusion of any harmful gases. It is strictly prohibited to store the equipment with corrosive substances in the same location.

We accept T/T payment, with a 50% deposit required before delivery and the balance to be paid after we show you photos of the products and packages. Our terms of trade include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.

Delivery time is typically 3 to 7 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific time depends on the items and quantity ordered. If you provide samples or technical drawings, we can produce according to your specifications, including building molds and fixtures if necessary.

If we have ready parts in stock, we can supply a sample, but customers are responsible for the sample cost and courier charges. Rest assured, all our goods undergo 100% testing before delivery.
