A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and free replacement of new parts. Customers are responsible for the delivery charges.
Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: We require a 50% deposit via T/T, and the remaining 50% is to be paid before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages for your approval before you pay the balance.

A: Our terms of trade include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.
