A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and replace any faulty parts free of charge. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs.

A: We require a 50% deposit via T/T, with the remaining 50% to be paid before delivery. We will provide you with photos of the products and packages prior to payment of the balance.
