Installation is made easy with the included expansion bolts and waterproof rubber gaskets. Simply follow the installation position guide and drill the necessary holes. A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and free replacement of new parts. Customers are responsible for the delivery charges.
Q3. What are your payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are T/T (bank transfer). We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% before delivery. We will share product and packaging photos with you before you make the final payment.
Q4. What are your trade terms?
A: We offer various trade terms including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.
Q5. How long is your delivery time?
