Storage and Transportation of Equipment

To maintain the equipment's optimal condition, store it in a room with a relative humidity of ≤80% and an ambient air temperature ranging from -10ºC to +40ºC.

The storage area should be dry, clean, well-ventilated, and free from the intrusion of harmful gases. It is strictly prohibited to store the equipment with corrosive substances.

A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and free replacement of new parts. Customers are responsible for the delivery charges.

A: We accept T/T payment, where 50% is required as a deposit, and the remaining 50% should be paid before delivery. We will provide you with product and package photos for your approval before you make the final payment.

A: We offer various trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.
