Storage and Transportation of Equipment:

When it comes to the storage and transportation of our equipment, we take utmost care to ensure its safety and integrity. During transportation, we implement corresponding fastening measures to prevent any strong vibrations or bumps that may damage the outer packaging. Upon receiving the equipment, we advise you to thoroughly inspect it for any potential damage caused during transportation. In case of any transportation damage, please contact both the transportation party and our company to resolve the issue promptly.

Upon opening the box, it is crucial to immediately check whether the contents are consistent with the provided packing list. If any discrepancies are found, please notify us immediately for appropriate action.

For proper storage, it is recommended to keep the packed equipment in a room with a relative humidity of ≤80% and an ambient air temperature ranging from -10ºC to +40ºC. The storage place should be dry, clean, and well-ventilated, preventing the intrusion of any harmful gases. It is strictly prohibited to store the equipment with corrosive substances in the same vicinity.

 A: We require a 50% deposit via T/T, and the remaining 50% must be paid before delivery. We will provide you with photos of the products and packages for your approval before you make the final payment.
