Storage and Transportation of Equipment

When it comes to the storage and transportation of our equipment, we take every precaution to ensure its safety. During transportation, we implement corresponding fastening measures to prevent any strong vibrations or bumps that may damage the outer packaging of the equipment. Upon arrival, we advise you to carefully inspect the package for any signs of damage. In the event of transportation damage, please notify both the transportation party and our company so that we can promptly resolve the issue. After opening the box, please verify that the contents are consistent with the provided packing list.

To maintain the quality of the packed equipment, it should be stored in a room with a relative humidity of ≤80% and an ambient air temperature ranging from -10ºC to +40ºC. The storage place should be dry, clean, and have proper air circulation. It is crucial to prevent the intrusion of any harmful gases, and storing the equipment with corrosive substances is strictly prohibited.

 A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and free replacement of any defective parts. Customers are responsible for the delivery charges.
 
 Q3. What is your terms of payment?
 A: We require a 50% deposit via T/T, and the remaining 50% before delivery. We will provide you with product and package photos for your approval before you make the final payment.
 
 Q4. What is your terms of trade?
 A: We offer various terms of trade including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.
 
 Q5. How about your delivery time?
 A: Generally, it takes 3 to 7 working days to deliver the products after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
