A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and replace any new parts free of charge. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs.

Q3. What is your terms of payment?

A: We accept T/T payment, where 50% of the total amount is required as a deposit and the remaining 50% is to be paid before delivery. We will provide product and package photos for your approval before you make the final payment.

A: We offer various trade terms including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.
