A: We are a professional manufacturer of new and sustainable energy applications.
Q2. What is the warranty?
A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and free replacement of any faulty parts. Customers are responsible for the delivery charges.
Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: We require a 50% deposit via T/T, with the remaining 50% to be paid before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages for your confirmation before you make the final payment.
Q4. What is your terms of trade?
A: We offer various trade terms including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.
Q5. How about your delivery time?
