- The column type AC charging pile is designed for outdoor operation.
- To protect the equipment from rainwater, a canopy should be installed on top.
- Installation process: Drill expansion bolt installation holes according to the provided installation position. Install expansion bolts and waterproof rubber gasket in sequence. Fix the AC pile on the column. Install waterproof rubber gasket on top of internal expansion bolts. Secure with nuts and sealant.
- Ensure the gun line hook holder is fixed with screws on the center fixing hole of the column.
- Proper grounding of the body is essential to prevent electric shock and potential casualties.
- The pile requires a 20-centimeter high foundation, with the column fixed securely using expansion bolts.

Storage and Transportation of Equipment
When it comes to the storage and transportation of our equipment, we take utmost care to ensure its safety. However, upon receiving the equipment, we advise you to thoroughly inspect it for any signs of damage. We recommend storing the packed equipment in a room with a relative humidity of no more than 80% and an ambient air temperature ranging from -10ºC to +40ºC. The storage place should be dry, clean, and well-ventilated to ensure proper air circulation. Moreover, it should be safeguarded against the intrusion of harmful gases. It is strictly prohibited to store the equipment alongside corrosive substances.

A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and free replacement of any defective parts. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs.

A: We require a 50% deposit via T/T, with the remaining 50% to be paid before delivery. We will provide you with photos of the products and packages for your approval before you make the final payment.
