Storage and Transportation of Equipment:

For proper storage, we advise keeping the packed equipment in a room with a relative humidity of ≤80% and an ambient air temperature ranging from -10ºC to +40ºC. The storage place should be dry, clean, and well-ventilated, with measures in place to prevent the intrusion of any harmful gases. Please note that storing the equipment with corrosive substances in the same place is strictly prohibited.

 A: We are a professional manufacturer of new and sustainable energy applications.

 Q2. What is the warranty?
 A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and replace any faulty parts free of charge. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs.

 Q3. What is your terms of payment?
 A: We require a 50% deposit (T/T) before delivery, with the remaining 50% to be paid before shipment. We can provide photos of the products and packages for your confirmation before you make the final payment.

 Q4. What is your terms of trade?
 A: We offer various trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.

 Q5. How about your delivery time?
 A: Generally, it takes 3 to 7 working days to deliver the products after receiving your advance payment. The exact delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

 Q6. Can you produce according to the samples?
 A: Yes, we have the capability to produce products based on your samples or technical drawings. We can also develop molds and fixtures for customization.

 Q7. What is your sample policy?
 A: If we have ready parts in stock, we can supply samples. However, customers need to cover the sample cost and the courier cost.
