Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are a professional manufacturer of new and sustainable energy applications.

Q2. What is the warranty?

A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and replace any faulty parts free of charge. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs.

Q3. What are your terms of payment?

A: We require a 50% deposit (T/T) before delivery, and the remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipment. We will provide you with product and packaging photos for your approval before final payment.

Q4. What are your terms of trade?

A: We offer various trade terms including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.

Q5. How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally, it takes 3 to 7 working days to process and deliver your order after receiving the advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity you order.

Q6. Can you produce products based on samples or technical drawings?

A: Yes, we can manufacture products according to your samples or technical drawings. We have the capability to build molds and fixtures.

Q7. What is your sample policy?

A: If we have ready parts in stock, we can provide samples. However, customers are responsible for the sample cost and courier charges.

Q8. Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Yes, we conduct 100% testing on all our products before delivery.
