Storage and Transportation of Equipment
When it comes to the storage and transportation of our equipment, we take necessary precautions to ensure its safety. During transportation, we implement corresponding fastening measures to prevent strong vibrations and bumps that could potentially damage the outer packaging of the equipment. Upon arrival, we recommend thoroughly inspecting the package for any signs of damage. In case of transportation damage, we advise you to engage in negotiations with both the transportation party and our company to resolve the issue amicably. Once the package is opened, it is essential to immediately verify whether the contents match the provided packing list.
For proper storage, we recommend keeping the packed equipment in a room with a relative humidity of ≤80% and an ambient air temperature ranging from -10ºC to +40ºC.
