Storage and Transportation of Equipment
During transportation, it is crucial to implement appropriate fastening measures to prevent strong vibrations and bumps that could potentially damage the outer packaging of the equipment. Upon arrival, we recommend thoroughly inspecting the package for any signs of transportation damage. In case of any such damage, please contact both the transportation party and our company to resolve the issue. After opening the box, it is important to immediately verify whether the contents match the provided packing list.
When storing the packed equipment, ensure that the room maintains a relative humidity of ≤80% and an ambient air temperature ranging from -10ºC to +40ºC. The storage area should be dry, clean, well-ventilated, and free from any harmful gases. It is strictly prohibited to store the equipment alongside corrosive substances.

A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we offer technical support and free replacement of new parts. Customers are responsible for the delivery charges.

A: We require a 50% deposit via T/T, and the remaining 50% before delivery. We will provide you with photos of the products and packages for your approval before you make the final payment.
