A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and free replacement of new parts. Customers are responsible for the delivery charges.

A: We require a 50% deposit via T/T, and the remaining 50% is to be paid before delivery. We will provide product and packaging photos for your approval before the final payment.
