A: Our products come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, we provide technical support and replace any new parts for free. Customers are responsible for the delivery charges.

A: We require a 50% deposit (T/T) before delivery, and the remaining 50% should be paid before the products are shipped. We will show you photos of the products and packages before you make the final payment.

A: We offer various trade terms including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.
